Privacy Policy

1. Data controller

2. What data we process

When registering and placing an order, we process: email address, name, billing address, VAT ID (if applicable), and the order and payment data necessary to fulfil the contract. Payment data (e.g. credit card numbers) is processed exclusively by the respective payment service provider and is never stored by us.

3. Payment processing

Depending on the payment method you choose at checkout, we use the following payment service providers:

4. Retention period

Contract and invoice data is retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (generally 10 years pursuant to § 147 AO, German Fiscal Code).

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and objection to the processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights, please contact info@zorvexgroup.de.

6. Hosting

This website and all customer data are hosted on our own servers — there is no transfer to third-party cloud services (exception: the data transfer to the payment service providers listed under point 3, which is necessary for payment processing).
