The license is a one-time payment (see pricing). On top of that come only your own hosting costs for running the system — these depend on your chosen provider, but for a system this size they run well below what a comparable cloud subscription with per-user licenses would cost.

Your license stays active and the system keeps running without restrictions. Without an active update subscription you simply stop receiving new versions. You can renew the subscription yourself in your account at any time.

No — your license is not technically locked to a domain. We only record which domain it last checked in from, purely for your own overview in your account. You can move to a different server or domain at any time without anything being blocked or needing to notify us.
