What does "100% your own server, your own data" mean?
Your warehouse data never leaves your infrastructure. Zorvex-group runs on your own server (on-premises) — not in someone else's cloud. You alone decide who has access and how data is backed up. No hidden data sharing, no vendor lock-in.
How much effort is the installation?
You upload the installer, enter your company details — and the system is ready to use. No IT team, no hours of configuration. Exactly as promised: "Ready in minutes".
Can I try the system first?
Yes — at /testen you can try Premium free for 14 days, no payment details required. The trial license is bound to one domain and automatically expires afterwards.
Can I really switch off individual modules?
Yes, every module (orders, picking, goods receiving, etc.) can be individually activated or deactivated. You pay for and maintain only what your business actually needs — the system grows with you.
How flexible are roles & permissions?
You define your own roles (e.g. warehouse manager, picker, shipping) and assign permission levels per area to each one. That way everyone sees exactly what they need for their work — and nothing else.
How does picking with error checking work?
The process guides your staff step by step. Every pick is checked against quantity and weight. Discrepancies are logged immediately in the error log — for complete traceability.
What does "$0 ongoing cloud fees" mean?
No monthly rental costs, no hidden transaction fees, no per-user subscriptions. You pay once for the license and are then free of ongoing cloud costs — keeping your warehouse management economical long-term.
Is the system GDPR-compliant?
Yes — since all data stays on your own server and is never shared with third parties, you meet all GDPR requirements. You have full control over storage locations and access rights.
I don't have my own server — can I still use this?
Yes. You don't need a physical server in your office — a normal web hosting package with PHP and MySQL (offered by most hosting providers) or a small virtual server is enough. See our system requirements page for details.
What hardware do I need for scanning?
No special hardware required: any smartphone becomes a scanner via its camera, and off-the-shelf USB/Bluetooth handheld scanners work instantly. See our hardware page for details on what you do (and don't) need.
What does it really cost, including hosting?
The license is a one-time payment (see pricing). On top of that come only your own hosting costs for running the system — these depend on your chosen provider, but for a system this size they run well below what a comparable cloud subscription with per-user licenses would cost.
What happens when my update subscription expires?
Your license stays active and the system keeps running without restrictions. Without an active update subscription you simply stop receiving new versions. You can renew the subscription yourself in your account at any time.
Is my license locked to a specific domain?
No — your license is not technically locked to a domain. We only record which domain it last checked in from, purely for your own overview in your account. You can move to a different server or domain at any time without anything being blocked or needing to notify us.
Can you handle the installation for us?
The installation is deliberately kept simple (see our installation guide) and doable without prior experience in most cases. If you'd still like support, reach out via our contact form — we'll look at how we can help on a case-by-case basis.
Can I manage multiple warehouse locations?
Yes. Depending on your plan, several locations are already included, and you can add more at any time directly in your account — no need to contact us. See the pricing page for details on included locations per plan.
