Right of Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal

Consumers have a right of withdrawal of 14 days from conclusion of the contract. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must inform us (Zorvex-group, Lilienthalstraße 33, 47059 Duisburg, info@zorvexgroup.de) by means of a clear statement (e.g. by email) of the decision to withdraw from the contract.

Effects of withdrawal

If the customer withdraws from this contract, we shall reimburse without undue delay all payments received from the customer.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal for digital content

The right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance of the contract (provision of the download link) after the customer has expressly agreed that we begin performance before the withdrawal period has expired, and the customer has confirmed their awareness that, by giving this consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of performance.
